**4.1. Return Policy:** You may return items within **30 days** of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

**4.3. Refunds:** Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Allow up to **7-10 business days** for the refund to appear in your account.

**4.4. Exchanges:** Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item. Sending an email to - moments.armoury@hotmail.com with both old and new order numbers with the reasoning for the exchange.

These are reviewed as a case by case scenario.
